Happy Hallowe’en!

Published on Monday 27th October 2014 by Julie Embleton

Happy Hallowe’en, everyone! The months are flying by. It only seems like a couple of weeks ago that my daughter started back in school and now we’re already into the October mid-term break. We carved our pumpkin this afternoon and decided to go with a cat theme in honour of our little calico princess Cassie and her first Hallowe’en with us.

Bleat! Bleat! Some news for you all!

The title for my next book is Released. This is the sequel to Bound and as I’ve set myself a deadline of mid-December I’ve been keeping my head down to get it done. . .

While I’m busy with Released, I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who might be interested in having a guest post on here. In the last while I’ve been hearing lots of chatter about books, and with Christmas creeping closer it seems that lots of lists are being compiled. I heard a list of Most Loved last week and was delighted to hear that Wuthering Heights had a place on it. However, the same author then had The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared on her Most Hated list. Boo! I loved that book.

So, I’ve been wondering what books would appear on your Most Hated and Most Loved lists. Or maybe there’s just one book you’d like to gush over, or as the case may be, stamp all over. If you’d like to bleat your comments then send them to me using the email address on my contacts page and I’ll post it up on the blog.

Hope you all have a Spoooooky Hallowe’en. Stay giddy, everyone!
